Job summary

Kinsley Construction is seeking entry-level trainees to learn carpentry and concrete trades across South Central and Eastern Pennsylvania. You will support all phases from site prep to finishing, with hands-on experience and safety-focused practices on diverse projects.

The role is safety sensitive and requires ability to work outdoors in all weather, with potential overtime to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Willingness to pass DOT pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Use hand and power tools.
• Assist crew on carpentry and concrete tasks.
• Follow oral and written instructions.
• Help with demolition, excavation and site cleanup.
• Follow OSHA and site safety protocols.
