Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of operations or hospitality management experience.
• Experience in residential, property, or housing operations.

• Ability to build relationships with residents and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day housing operations for 340+ units and manage payroll deductions.
• Oversee resident services, move-ins/outs, tours, and events.
• Lead a small team, set expectations, and cross-train.
• Oversee shuttle service, vendor relations, and billing.
• Procure furniture, manage art program with Facilities, and coordinate vendors.
• Budget planning and financial oversight for Campus Life.
• Deliver occupancy and financial reports to senior leadership.
