You will perform board-level failure analysis using advanced diagnostic techniques and collaborate with operations to implement corrective actions and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in EE, ME, Materials Science, or related field.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and repair skills with lab/diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on, board-level failure analysis and repair on electronic components/systems to determine root cause
• Read and work directly from schematics to diagnose hardware issues
• Use advanced diagnostic techniques (e.g., SEM, EDX, XRF) and lab equipment to investigate failures
• Stay engaged past diagnosis — work directly with operations/production staff to implement corrective actions and drive process improvements, not just hand off a report
• Document findings and communicate recommendations to engineering and management
