Peyton Resource Group is hiring a Failure Analysis Engineer for our Production team in Fort Worth, TX. This hands-on role requires diagnosing and repairing real production units at the board level, reading schematics to root causes, not just reviewing data.

You will perform board-level failure analysis using advanced diagnostic techniques and collaborate with operations to implement corrective actions and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in EE, ME, Materials Science, or related field.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and repair skills with lab/diagnostic equipment.

• Stay engaged past diagnosis — work directly with operations/production staff to implement corrective actions and drive process improvements, not just hand off a report
• Document findings and communicate recommendations to engineering and management
