Job summary

IFF is seeking candidates for an on-site role in Rockland, ME, where you'll assist with maintenance and equipment operations in a food manufacturing environment. You will help ensure product quality and safety while gaining valuable experience in a global company.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety regulations (GMPs, HACCP).
• Ability to follow safety procedures and understand batch recipes.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance personnel across various trades for daily operations.
• Operate and monitor blending equipment for proper mixing of ingredients.
• Conduct in-process quality checks for temperature and texture.
