Job summary

Qualifications

• AAS/BS degree in a scientific or technical field, or a high school diploma with 1–3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Basic computer skills required; SAP experience is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with production equipment.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and plan effectively.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate within a highly interactive, self-directed group.
• High motivation, safety awareness, and commitment to following quality and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform core production tasks: media prep, fermentation, recovery, blending, packaging, receiving, shipping, and material handling.
• Operate production equipment and monitor process conditions for safe, reliable performance.
• Follow all Work Instructions and SOPs; complete shift paperwork accurately.
• Maintain GMP housekeeping and a clean, organized workspace.
• Participate in SAP transactions for inputs, outputs, and inventory movements.
• Support manufacturing tasks to maintain workflow and continuity.
• Engage in operations support teams to drive collaboration and continuous improvement.
