Job summary

Sheridan Minnesota is seeking a hands-on, quality-minded team member to operate high-speed bindery equipment. You’ll learn to set up cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders, and you’ll help keep machines running smoothly.

This is a 1st shift position, Mon-Fri, 6:30AM-3PM, with potential for overtime hours. We offer on-the-job training and a collaborative production environment focused on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• HS diploma or GED completed.
• Mechanically inclined with basic tool use.
• Able to read instructions and measurements.
• Quality-minded and reliable team member.
• Willing to learn and work with others on the line.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly with adjustments and monitoring.
• Work with a team to meet daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues to keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
