Job summary

Nombase is seeking a dependable Packaging Operator to join our beverage production team in Beacon, NY. This hands-on role covers all aspects of packaging, from equipment prep and CIP to operating canning and kegging lines, while keeping a clean, organized work area.

You’ll collaborate with teammates, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain accurate production records. A strong eye for detail, reliable performance, and willingness to learn equipment interfaces are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and organization are essential.
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in operating production equipment.
• Excellent communication and ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility and reliability to take on varied tasks.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn equipment interfaces.
• Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or beverages is a plus.
• Forklift certification (training provided by employer).

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging equipment including canning, keg cleaning and filling.
• Perform equipment setup, changeovers, cleaning, and CIP procedures.
• Monitor packaging operations for quality and efficiency; report issues.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory handling, and warehouse tasks.
