Job summary

Nombase is seeking an experienced Packaging Operator (Level III-V) to run high speed filling lines in a beverage manufacturing setting. The role focuses on keg and can filler prep, continuous operation, troubleshooting, and daily cleanup.

Responsibilities include setting up lines, changing over, logging downtime and maintenance, and supporting safety and quality initiatives. Candidates should have at least 2 years in beverage production and be comfortable working with production equipment,

Qualifications

• Experience in packaging/beverage production or related manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with production equipment and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Forklift certification or experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with brewing process controls and brewery software is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Set up production lines, perform change-overs, and shut down procedures.
• Stage materials and log downtime, maintenance, and performance.
• Clean and sanitize equipment; keep the work area organized.
• Contribute to SOP development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support training of new team members.
• Record basic production and quality measurements.
• Maintain production logs in brewery software.
• Collaborate with brewing, packaging, warehouse, maintenance, and quality teams.
• Adhere to safety plans and GMPs.
