Job summary

Franklin Fitch is seeking a hands-on Solutions Architect to lead hybrid infrastructure initiatives in Alpharetta, GA, reporting to the VP of Infrastructure. The role emphasizes delivery (70%) over pure design, building and automating across Azure and on-prem environments.

The role requires ERP integration experience with SAP or Oracle, and hands-on work implementing secure data flows between Business Applications and cloud/on-prem systems, using IaC with Terraform/ARM/Bicep and strong identity

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in infrastructure, cloud, or solutions engineering with hands-on Azure experience.
• Strong ERP integration experience, SAP preferred.
• Hands-on experience with identity and security concepts (AD/Entra ID, CA, RBAC, MFA, PAM, Zero Trust).
• Experience migrating and modernizing hybrid Azure/on-prem environments.

Responsibilities

• Own hybrid infrastructure across Azure, VMware/Hyper-V, and on-prem domains.
• Drive migration, modernization, and secure data flows.
• Contribute to IaC using Terraform, ARM, or Bicep and CI/CD.
• Manage ERP integration keeping SAP or Oracle connected securely.
