Responsibilities include gear prep, setup assistance, inventory control, and logistics. A motivated, learn-ready attitude and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are essential; AV-related enrollment is a plus.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in or recent graduation from an AV-related program is a plus.
• Previous warehouse or inventory experience is a bonus—but not required!
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Gear Prep – Scan, pull, and prep equipment for events, broadcasts, and rentals.
• Basic Setup Support – Assist with staging, setup, and checks across AV departments.
• Inventory Control – Track equipment movement, perform checks, identify damage.
• Logistics & Returns – Load/unload gear, organize returns, keep warehouse flowing.
• Real-World Experience – Learn workflows in a live events warehouse.
