Bob Johnson Auto Group is seeking motivated Automotive Technician Apprentices for its collision shop locations in Rochester, NY. This role offers a chance to learn alongside experienced A-Level Technicians and build a solid foundation in the automotive industry.

The ideal candidate will have basic vehicle knowledge, a strong willingness to learn, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities include assisting with repairs, following directions, and maintaining safety in the work area. A valid New York State driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a valid New York State driver's license.
• Previous shop or vehicle teardown experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting experienced technicians with vehicle repairs.
• Learning proper repair procedures and shop processes.
• Disassembling vehicles as needed.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Building technical skills through hands-on training.
