Job summary

Bayview Fund Management, LLC in Orlando, FL is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support residential renovation projects from acquisition to completion. The role requires 1–3 years in construction or related fields, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and OSHA 10 is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction, residential renovations, project coordination, or related field.
• Internship or entry-level experience in construction project management will be considered.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in coordinating residential renovation projects from planning through completion.
• Support pre-purchase property inspections and scope development.
• Assist with scheduling contractors, vendors, inspections, and deliveries to maintain project timelines.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to Project Managers.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, budgets, schedules, and job files.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure work is completed.
• Conduct routine site visits to document project progress.
• Monitor project milestones and escalate scheduling or budget concerns to the Project Manager.
• Support permit, inspection, and compliance activities as needed.
• Help ensure job sites remain organized and compliant with company safety expectations.
• Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
