Job summary

Whistle Express is seeking an energetic Associate to guide guests through the wash experience, keep the site running smoothly, and contribute to a friendly, fast-paced environment. This hands-on role covers the lot, tunnel, and vacuum station, with everyday opportunities to make customers day better.

No experience required; a 60-day certification program gets you up to speed. You’ll perform opening/closing duties, support sales and memberships, and maintain safety and cleanliness while working

Qualifications

• No experience required; 60-day certification program provided.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• Ability to handle member sign-ups and account management.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service on-site.
• Support sales and membership growth through consistent processes.
• Assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management.
• Maintain wash area safety, cleanliness, and equipment operation.
• Engage with customers to encourage reviews and ensure a positive CX.
