You will partner with the Restaurant General Manager to manage operations, inventory, and safety, while developing people and contributing to sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced environments such as restaurants or retail.
• Strong communication and team-motivation skills.
• Ability to coach Shift Coordinators and Team Members to build skills.

• Lead shifts and supervise team members to ensure quality, service, cleanliness and safety.
• Coach and develop team members to build capabilities and performance.
• Maintain brand standards and assist with inventory, orders and assets to protect cash and assets.
