Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR seeks a manufacturing assembler to perform mechanical assembly of extrusion frames in a standard production setting. You will follow detailed instructions, perform repetitive assembly tasks, and ensure quality within time standards.

Occasional electro-mechanical duties and grounding procedures are included as needed. The role requires basic print reading, tape measure use, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds while working for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High School Education or GED required.
• Some manufacturing experience desired.
• Basic print reading and experience in wire dressing and termination.
• Proficient in reading and measuring using a tape measure.
• Operate hand pallet jacks to move material within plant.
• Able to lift, squat, bend, reach, and stand as work requires.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical assembly of extrusion frames.
• Minimal electro-mechanical assembly using proper grounding techniques.
• Follow work instructions and perform repetitive assembly operations.
• Produce quality work to specified time standards.
• Execute in-process checks using visual inspection and check lists.
• Collaborate with teammates to integrate large subassemblies to complete a final assembly.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
