Job summary

NW Service Enterprises, Inc. (NWS) Professional Assembly seeks an Assembly Technician to work on-site at local retail stores such as Home Depot or Lowe's in Park City, UT. The role involves assembling barbecues, wheelbarrows, lawn tractors, work benches and furniture.

Available work is seasonal with flexible scheduling. After training, pay transitions to piece rate; new technicians typically earn $15-$25 per hour, with experienced earners up to $30/hour.

Qualifications

• Day-shift/early morning availability.
• Self-motivated: able to work hard with minimal supervision.
• A mechanical aptitude: you are handy.
• Has Basic hand tools, cordless screw gun, or impact driver.
• A smartphone and e-mail address.
• Internet access via a smartphone or mobile device.
• Ability to pass a background test.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Reliable transportation.
• Capable of working on your feet for extended periods.
• Kneel, bend, twist, and lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and repair products and merchandise, using manufacturer instructions while adhering to retailer rules and guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service, building and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
• Check in with Retailer management to confirm the build list and inventory.
• Generate and complete invoices daily.
• Report and communicate effectively with your Area Manager.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and leave clients with a clean build area.
