Job summary

NW Service Enterprises, Inc. seeks an Assembly Technician to work on-site at local retailers like Home Depot and Lowe's, assembling merchandise and displays such as barbecues, wheelbarrows, lawn tractors, work benches, and furniture.

Available work is seasonal with flexible scheduling; pay transitions to piece rate after training, averaging $17–$25/hr, with experienced techs earning $30+/hr depending on productivity. You will never earn less than local minimum wage.

Qualifications

• Must have mechanical aptitude and enjoy hands-on work.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• You should be comfortable standing for long periods and lifting 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and repair products following manufacturer instructions and retailer rules.
• Provide friendly customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with Retailer management to confirm build lists and inventory.
• Generate invoices daily and report progress to Area Manager.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and leave a clean build area.
