Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pull, push, lift, and move materials weighing 25–50 lbs.
• Experience using hand tools, small power tools, and basic machinery.
• Strong communication skills with ability to follow instructions.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to safe work practices and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assemble plastic panels, aluminum frames, and plastic components using hand tools, small cordless tools, and basic machinery to meet quality and cost standards.
• Perform detailed quality checks on parts, subassemblies, and completed products, ensuring alignment with specifications and production timelines.
• Collaborate with team while following job-tracking procedures, standard work instructions, and safety guidelines.
• Support production flow through general warehouse tasks, inventory movement, material handling, cleaning, and small machine operation.
• Learn materials, components, and terminology and participate in Lean/Continuous Improvement efforts.
