Job summary

Accelevation LLC in Miamisburg, OH is seeking an Assembly I for the wrap shift. You will build containment components, perform quality checks, and support production flow in a hands-on, safety-conscious environment onsite.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs.
• Experience using hand tools, small power tools, and basic machinery.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to safe work practices and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assemble plastic panels, aluminum frames, and components using hand tools and basic machinery.
• Perform detailed quality checks on parts, subassemblies, and completed products against specifications and timelines.
• Follow job-tracking procedures, standard work instructions, and all safety guidelines.
• Support production flow through warehouse tasks, inventory movement, and material handling.
• Expand technical knowledge by learning materials and terminology while participating in Lean/Continuous Improvement efforts.
• Carry out additional duties assigned by your manager, including forklift certification if required.
