Automation Displays, Inc. is hiring a Control Panel Assembler to build and wire electrical control panels to engineering drawings and customer specifications.

You will perform mechanical assembly, component installation, wiring, labeling, and inspection in a safety-conscious environment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic electrical/assembly experience, and the ability to read electrical drawings and use hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Electrical assembly, wiring, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.
• Experience in electrical controls, industrial automation, or manufacturing preferred.
• Willingness and ability to learn electrical control panel assembly processes.

Responsabilités

• Assemble electrical control panels according to drawings, schematics, Bills of Material (BOMs), and work instructions.
• Mount electrical components, wire duct, DIN rail, terminal blocks, and related panel components.
• Cut, strip, terminate, route, and label wires according to specifications.
• Complete point-to-point wiring and electrical connections accurately.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and assembly equipment safely.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and workmanship.
• Identify and communicate material, drawing, or assembly issues.
• Complete required production and quality documentation.
• Meet established productivity, quality, and production schedule expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow company safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
• Support continuous improvement and process standardization initiatives.
