• Own major features end to end, from design through release with our design team.
• Own, maintain, and improve reliability metrics for key features.
• Review pull requests and provide constructive feedback beyond simple approvals.
• Unblock the team when obstacles arise and ensure progress is made.
• Champion the version everyone should use by guiding consolidation when needed.
• Keep shared components well-documented and maintainable.
