Job summary

FEAM Aero is hiring an Aircraft Mechanic Helper to assist technicians with routine and scheduled aircraft maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting under supervision. You will help service engines and components, document activities, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while following FEAM policies and FAA rules.

The role emphasizes hands-on training, good observation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy shop environment.

Qualifications

• Must read and write English and follow safety rules.
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Hands-on mechanical ability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Aircraft Maintenance Technicians with assigned maintenance tasks.
• Support routine and scheduled maintenance under supervision.
• Help service, inspect, and maintain aircraft, engines, components.
• Assist with troubleshooting under supervision and document work.
• Follow FAA regulations and FEAM procedures; maintain clean, safe workspace.
