Job summary

Hubs.is is seeking a hands‑on AI Solutions Architect to turn blueprints into end‑to‑end solutions on the Hubs platform. You’ll connect systems, reshape data, and deliver working solutions, often iterating live with customers.

You’ll work with AI Business Analysts, product, and engineering to push capabilities forward and ensure customer value. Fluency in Spanish and English is required in this hybrid Bay Area role.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with web technologies and data movement across systems.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for modeling business processes.
• Experience with data formats like JSON, CSV, XLSX and data normalization.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL data sources and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of AI agents, coding assistants, and prompts.

Responsibilities

• Build connections, data transformations, and working solutions on the Hubs platform.
• Partner with Business Analysts to turn blueprints into shipped systems.
• Work with the dev team to surface customer needs and push product capabilities forward.
• Iterate quickly with customers on live solutions.
