Job summary

Amazon’s Forward Deployed Engineering team in Nashville seeks a Technical Program Manager to embed with GOS, co-build AI-powered solutions, and ship working AI agents. This hands-on role requires shipping production-quality AI systems across cross-functional teams.

You will own planning and delivery, replace manual workflows with agentic approaches, and drive scalable patterns back to the organization. Strong engineering, governance, and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical program management experience.
• Experience demonstrating software engineering skills or programming/scripting and automation.
• Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or above in CS/CE or STEM.
• Experience in developing and deploying LLMs in production on GPUs/TPU/Neural accelerators.

Responsibilities

• Embed with GOS operational teams, co-build from day one, and ship AI-powered solutions.
• Replace manual processes and web interfaces with AI agents, and build those agents end-to-end.
• Build with current AI tooling (agentic harnesses, LLM frameworks, RAG) and take prototypes to production.
• Own planning, coordination, and delivery of AI programs across engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders.
• Document and hand off scalable solutions to the broader organization.
