Barrett Paving Materials Inc., part of the Barrett family within Colas USA, is seeking an Aggregate Plant Laborer in West Carrollton, OH. You will support safe and efficient plant operations, perform routine maintenance, operate heavy equipment, and help maintain a clean, organized site.

You will work with loaders and haul trucks, conduct pre-operational inspections, and follow all safety policies. The role requires willingness to work weekends and long hours during peak season, with outdoor

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Previous front-end loader experience preferred in aggregate/mining environments.
• Willingness to learn and follow safe procedures.
• Willingness to work weekends and long hours during peak season.
• Drug- and alcohol-free; outdoor work year-round.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily plant operations and maintenance tasks.
• Perform housekeeping and site clean-up activities.
• Conduct pre-operational inspections of equipment.
• Safely operate loaders, skid steers, haul trucks, graders, and service trucks.
• Lubricate and maintain plant and fleet equipment.
• Identify and report mechanical or safety concerns.
• Collaborate with plant personnel to meet production goals.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
