Job summary

AllClear Aerospace & Defense is seeking a Facilities & EHS Manager to oversee the Engineered Products facilities, ensuring safe operations, compliant processes, and reliable infrastructure.

This hands-on working manager will lead capital projects, maintenance leadership, and EHS management, coordinating with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to maximize facility availability and support current and future production needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, EHS, facilities management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in facilities, maintenance, EHS, or related manufacturing functions.
• 3+ years leading facilities, maintenance, EHS, contractors, or technical personnel.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, compressed air, plumbing, and building systems.
• OSHA/Cal-OSHA familiarity and industrial safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities, maintenance, EHS, and capital projects to ensure safe operations.
• Manage day-to-day operation, maintenance, repair, and improvements of facilities.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and safety procedures.
• Lead contractor management, budgeting, scheduling, and compliance audits.
• Improve workplace organization, layout, and material flow with Operations and Engineering.
