You will actively engage with the team, support employees, solve problems in real time, and help ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are achieved.

The ideal candidate balances production demands with people development and is able to train staff on specification sheets, shrink charts, production forms, and tagging systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on supervisory experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of QMS/EMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crew leader and participate on the production floor.
• Train new employees on specification sheets, shrink charts, and production forms.
• Provide tools and components, sign off on production reports and inspections.
• Monitor cycle times and ensure safety and housekeeping.
