Job summary

Taco Tote is seeking team Members to join our family as we live by our T.A.C.O.S. values in every tortilla we craft and every dish we serve. You will help prepare handmade tortillas, quesadillas, and keep the kitchen area clean while delivering friendly, efficient service.

Candidates should be detail‑minded, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced restaurant. Must be eligible to work in the US and hold a Food Handler Card; training provided to meet safety standards.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills.
• Extremely detail oriented and focused on visuals and cleanliness.
• Disciplined, punctual and friendly by nature.
• Meet all restaurant operating policies and conduct standards.
• Prepare and coordinate all culinary activities.
• Must be eligible to work in the US; E-verify check required.
• License: Food handlers Card is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
• Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation.
• Follow all safety and sanitation regulations.
• Make dough, flatten corn tortillas, cook tortillas, and make quesadillas.
