Unit Summary

You will play a vital role in ensuring that healthcare workers have the necessary supplies and equipment to provide quality care to our patients. This includes receiving and inspecting supplies and distributing them efficiently to various departments.

Job Summary

The primary duties involve receiving, stocking, and replenishing supplies in the main supply room. You will replenish inventory supply locations on nursing units, Crash Carts, and other supply areas to ensure the correct amount of supplies is available. Deliver supplies and equipment to assigned nursing units efficiently, accurately, and on time. Collaborate with Nurse Managers and the Materials Team Lead to meet the organization’s supply needs effectively.

Minimum Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

Experience

• One-year hospital or other inventory experience. Computer experience or training.

Job Core Responsibilities

• Receiving and stocking supplies.
• Assist the materials team in the distribution of supplies as assigned.
• Work with Materials Team Leader and clinical teams to understand and meet supply needs.
• Assist in the inventory process as assigned by the Materials Team Leader.
