Target Corp in Minneapolis is seeking a Buyer for Handbag/Small Leather Goods to plan profitable, locally relevant assortments and lead cross-functional teams to drive category results across in-store and online channels.

You will negotiate with vendors, translate guest insights into assortments, and collaborate with Design, Sourcing, Planning, Inventory, and Merchandising to deliver value in the must-have season, while adapting to market changes.

Formación

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of Merchandising experience.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills to grow a business.
• Strong collaboration skills to partner with Cross Functional Teams.
• Flexibility, resilient and comfortable working in “grey areas” that are constantly changing.
