Job summary

Target Corp in Minneapolis seeks a Buyer, Wearables Tech to create omni-channel assortments and localize product mix. You will negotiate with vendors, analyze guest behavior, and guide brand positioning to drive growth.

You will lead cross-functional teams, translate financial metrics into actionable strategies, and support planning across channels. A four-year degree and 1+ years merchandising experience are required, with a Hybrid work model at Target HQ MN.

Qualifications

Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
1+ years of Merchandising experience.
Strong strategic and analytical skills to grow a business.
Strong collaboration skills to partner with Cross Functional Teams.
Flexibility, resilient and comfortable working in “grey areas” that are constantly changing.

Responsibilities

Influence and negotiate with vendors to achieve results and identify gaps/opportunities.
Lead cross-functional teams to drive category results and manage sales and margin goals.
Collaborate with product designers, category managers, and vendors to source appropriately.
Interact with Associate Buyers and Senior Merchandise Specialists to support promotional planning across channels.
