Job summary

Krueger International (KI) seeks a full-time Hand Welder/Equipment Operator for its Green Bay facility on 1st shift (6am-2pm). You will hand weld, operate fabrication equipment, train cell technicians, and support the production schedule with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; leadership experience is a plus. The role includes lifting up to 50 lbs and potential overtime during busy seasons.

Responsibilities

• Hand weld products according to production schedule.
• Maintain high quality and ensure proper welding.
• Operate fabrication equipment in the cell (Robotic Welders, Hydraulic Banks, Saws, Benders, Drill Presses, Auto Benders).
• Use tools in the cell (drills, screw guns, riveters, impact tools, wrenches).
• Operate, edit and program tube or wire bending equipment.
• Follow production schedules and coordinate with the team.

KI, a world class supplier of innovative and award-winning furniture solutions for business, educational, and healthcare environments is seeking a full-time Hand Welder/Equipment Operator to join our Green Bay manufacturing facility on our 1st shift.

This position is responsible for hand welding product and operating all other fabrication equipment in the cell including monitoring the auto bender machines. In addition, individuals in this role will provide direction to fabrication cell technicians. This position is also responsible for:

• Successfully hand weld products based upon production schedule needs
• Maintain high levels of quality and ensure product is welded properly
• Operate fabrication equipment in the cell such as Robotic Welders, Hydraulic Banks, Saws, Benders, Drill Presses, and Auto Benders
• Operate tools required in the cell such as hand held drills/screw guns, riveters, impact tools, screw drivers, wrenches and any other tools that may be required in the area
• Operating, editing and programming tube or wire bending equipment in the cell
• Follow production schedules, determine what should run and huddle with the team

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Leadership experience/training helpful (but not required).

• Hours are 6am-2pm Monday - Friday
