Job summary

Krueger International is seeking a full-time Assembly Technician to join our Green Bay facility on the 1st shift. The position involves hand welding products, operating fabrication equipment, and ensuring product quality.

Candidates are preferred to have a High School Diploma or equivalent, with value-added skills such as being mechanically inclined and a willingness to learn. We offer competitive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, along with a 401(k) Plan and paid vacation.

A $1.00/hour raise is also given within the first year of employment.

Job Duties

• Successfully hand weld product based on production schedule needs
• Maintain high levels of quality and ensure product is welded properly
• Operation of all fabrication equipment in the cell (robotic welders, hydraulic banks, drill presses…)
• Required to operate, edit and program tube or wire bending equipment in the cell
• Follow production schedules, determine what should run and huddle with the team.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities (Kaizen events, layout planning, Value Stream Mapping as events happen)

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred

Physical Requirements

• Working in areas where it can get warm
• Working in a smoke free environment

Shift

• This is a 1st Shift position
• Hours are 6am-2pm Monday - Friday
• Overtime during busy season
