The Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Center (PHSC) is seeking a Hand & Upper Extremity Surgeon to join our nationally recognized team in collaboration with Premier Orthopaedics, HOPCo, and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. This privademic opportunity blends high-volume community practice with meaningful academic engagement in the Greater Philadelphia Region.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited institution.
• Fellowship in Hand & Upper Extremity Surgery (backgrounds in Orthopedic or Plastic Surgery welcomed).
• Board-eligible or Board-certified in relevant specialty.
• No minimum prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, patient-centered upper-extremity care across clinic, OR, and call settings.
• Teach and mentor fellows/residents through didactics, clinical rotations, and anatomy sessions (as desired).
• Collaborate on clinical outcomes and research within a productive academic environment.
