Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy licensure in Idaho and/or Oregon.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification required at hire; ACLS/PALS exempt if already certified per SAHS Crosswalk.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized hand and upper extremity therapy programs to restore function.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including a hand surgeon and experienced hand therapists.
• Provide guidance and supervision to support personnel to maintain high standards of care.
