Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System in Boise, Idaho, seeks a full-time Occupational Therapist specializing in hand and upper extremity therapy. You will assess, plan, and implement personalized programs to restore function and improve quality of life.

Work with an interdisciplinary team and supervise support staff, while pursuing mentorship opportunities for Certified Hand Therapy (CHT) to advance this specialty area.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy licensure in Idaho and/or Oregon.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs to restore function.
• Collaborate with hand surgeon and therapists to develop treatment strategies.
• Provide guidance and supervision to support personnel to maintain high standards of care.
