Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System in Boise seeks a full-time Occupational Therapist specializing in hand and upper-extremity therapy to deliver exceptional care to orthopedic outpatients. You will assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs and collaborate with a hand surgeon and experienced therapists to develop comprehensive strategies.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy licensure in Idaho and/or Oregon.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification required at hire if not already ACLS/PALS.
• Mentorship opportunities for Certified Hand Therapy (CHT) available to support professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized hand and upper-extremity treatment programs to restore function.
• Collaborate with a hand surgeon and experienced hand therapists to develop comprehensive strategies.
• Supervise support personnel and ensure high standards of care are consistently met.
