OrthoLoneStar seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist specializing in upper extremity rehab at our Houston-area clinics. You’ll assess, plan, and implement advanced therapeutic strategies to restore function and reduce pain, in an autonomous yet team-focused setting with a manageable caseload.

You will work at our Kingwood, TX locations (77065/77433/77339), collaborating with physicians and therapists, mentoring assistants, and educating patients on home programs and ergonomics.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Texas OT license required; CHT preferred but not required.
• 1–2 years of upper extremity/hand therapy experience ideal.
• Proficient in documentation, measurements, and care coordination.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Review referrals to create tailored upper extremity treatment plans.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of ROM, strength, sensation, and function.
• Deliver interventions including manual therapy, exercises, splinting, modalities.
• Fabricate and adjust custom orthoses as indicated.
• Document care and progress per clinic policies and state rules.
• Collaborate with physicians and therapists to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients/caregivers on home programs and safety.
• Supervise OTAs, technicians, and students; participate in clinic operations.
