Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Texas OT license in good standing.
• 1–2 years of upper extremity/hand therapy experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop tailored treatment plans for upper extremity conditions.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of ROM, strength, sensation, and function.
• Deliver OT interventions including manual therapy and splinting.
• Fabricate and adjust custom splints as needed.
• Document care per clinic policy and payer guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians, PTs, and care team members.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and safety.
• Supervise OTAs, technicians, and students.
• Participate in clinic operations and outreach activities.
