Job summary

Proliance Hand, Wrist & Elbow Physicians in Kirkland seeks a Hand Therapist (Occupational Therapist) to join an established hand therapy team. This outpatient clinic operates with close collaboration among four hand surgeons and a team of five OTs, delivering pre- and post-operative care near home.

Open to 20-40 hours per week with a schedule negotiable; clinic hours are Mon-Fri, 7am-5pm. Competitive benefits, licensure support, and ongoing professional development provided.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in Washington required.
• CHT training preferred but training available for hand experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with physicians and ensure thorough, up-to-date records
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Track patient progress and modify care plans as appropriate
• Maintain timely, accurate, and professional documentation
• Promote a safe, high-quality care environment in every therapy session
