Job summary

PTMatch seeks an experienced Physical or Occupational Therapist with hand therapy expertise for our outpatient clinic serving Whatcom County, WA. The role centers on upper-extremity rehab, postoperative and trauma care, and collaborating with surgeons and staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist in Washington State
• Strong manual therapy and evaluation skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
• Experience in upper-extremity rehab including postoperative and trauma care
• New grads considered but prefer 1–2 years of hand experience

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat upper-extremity patients in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care.
• Document outcomes and progress using standard tools.
• Coordinate with physicians and staff to optimize patient care.
• Supervise and guide support staff as needed.
• Contribute to marketing and community engagement efforts.
