Job summary

ReBound PT OT & Hand Therapy in Washington is hiring a Certified Hand Therapist or Hand Therapist to join our specialized orthopedic practice.

The role requires a licensed PT or OT in WA, with a preference for 1–2 years of hand therapy experience; new grads may apply.

Salary ranges from $82,500 to $110,000 per year, with full benefits including 401(k) matching, health insurance, PTO, and tuition/license support.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist in Washington State, or eligible to be licensed.
• New grads welcomed, but 1–2 years of hand therapy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hand therapy best practices and patient care.
