ReBound PT OT & Hand Therapy in Whatcom County, WA seeks an experienced OT/PT hand therapist (CHT) for our outpatient clinic. You will manage upper-extremity cases, including post-op and trauma, with strong manual therapy and independent practice.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist in Washington State or eligible.
• Strong manual therapy and evaluation skills.
• New grads welcome but 1–2 years hand experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat patients referred by physicians with upper-extremity focus.
• Develop and document concise plans of care and track progress.
• Coordinate treatment with support staff to complete full course of care.
• Maintain timely documentation of functional outcome measures.
• Participate in marketing strategies and community engagement.
• Contribute ideas to improve clinical processes and patient experience.
• Foster a professional, welcoming clinic environment.
