Pacific Sports Rehab is seeking a Hand Therapist and/or Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to join our outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation practice in Washington. The team emphasizes mentorship, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care to help people return to activities they love.

We offer a full-time position with flexible scheduling, options for part-time, established referral relationships, and a bonus plan based on net revenue.

Qualifications

• Current OT or PT license in the state of Washington is required.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working in Hand Therapy setting

Responsibilities

• Provide hand therapy in an outpatient orthopedic/sports rehabilitation setting.
• Mentorship and collaboration to grow the hand therapy program.
