Atrium Health is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist with a hand therapy focus to evaluate and treat patients with upper-extremity conditions, post-surgical rehab needs, and work injuries. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and may float to other Atrium Health Physical Therapy outpatient clinics across the Charlotte region.

Responsibilities include developing OT plans, directing assistants, documenting progress, and providing home exercise instruction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in OT from an accredited OT program required.
• Applicable state license for OT required.
• BLS required per policy guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Directs and supervises activities of OT staff and students involved in patient care.
• Evaluates patients and develops care plans to restore function and independence.
• Gathers data from records and supports decisions with documentation.
• Documents evaluations, progress notes, discharge plans, and charges.
• Re-evaluates patients as their status changes and adjusts goals.
• Communicates evaluation results and schedule with physicians and teams.
• Provides patient/family education and home program guidance.

Formation

Bachelor's Degree in OT

Applicable state OT license

BLS Certification
