Advocate Health’s Gateway clinic is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist with a focus on hand therapy to evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting. You will administer OT services, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support inpatient and outpatient hand rehabilitation across multiple Atrium Health clinics in the Charlotte region.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in OT with an active state license and BLS certification, and offers variable schedule coverage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in OT from an accredited OT program required.
• Applicable state license for OT required.
• BLS required per policy guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and plan OT programs to restore function and independence.
• Supervise OT assistants and support staff; coordinate with physicians and therapy teams.
• Deliver hand therapy and upper-extremity rehabilitation within outpatient settings.
• Document patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and ensure safety in care.
