Qualifications

• Hand therapy experience or strong interest in upper-extremity rehabilitation.
• Active state OT license for practice.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider certification (AHA) required.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient evaluation and care planning under supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Develops and implements a plan of care and discharge planning.
• Communicates patient information and documents actions and plan of care; provides clinical leadership and mentoring.
