Qualifications

• OT degree from Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate.
• Active PA/NJ OT license.
• BLS certification required.
• Certified Hand Therapist license.
• Outpatient orthopedic OT experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OT services per protocols and guidelines.
• Complete timely documentation and care planning.
• Supervise assistants and coordinate with physicians.
• Develop individualized therapeutic activity programs.
• Assist with scheduling and front desk duties.
