Momentum Physical Therapy in San Antonio, TX is seeking a patient-centered Occupational Therapist (OT) / Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to join our growing outpatient team. This full-time role emphasizes hand and upper-extremity rehabilitation with opportunities to advance toward CHT certification.

You will evaluate and treat hand, wrist, elbow conditions; develop personalized plans; provide manual therapy and therapeutic exercises; educate patients; and collaborate with physicians and other

Qualifications

• Texas OT license is required.
• CHT certification preferred or you are actively pursuing it.
• 1–2 years of hand therapy/upper extremity experience preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to teamwork and continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat hand, wrist, elbow, and upper extremity conditions.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans to improve mobility and function.
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, splinting, and functional rehabilitation.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and long-term recovery strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and other therapists to deliver high-quality care.
• Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic environment.
